We want you to absolutely love your jewelry, but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
- Contact us within: 5 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
To request a return, please email us at shinylittlethings01@gmail.com for a return authorization.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is outside the 14-day window but within 30 days of delivery, it may still be eligible for store credit only.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Please use a trackable, insured shipping method, and keep your receipt.
- Include a note with your name and order number in the return package.
- Shiny Little Things is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges, including original and return shipping.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Made-to-order items
- Items marked Final Sale
