Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.
During peak times, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take a bit longer—but we’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Please note: We currently only offer international shipping to select countries. Customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Shiny Little Things is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to the carrier directly.
We’re happy to assist with filing a claim or helping you locate your shipment whenever possible.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
